Toronto Pet Sitters Toronto Dog Walkers and Toronto Dog Sitters

"Hi I’m Viola, and I am the Flying Duchess Sitter for the Parkdale, Roncesvalles, & High Park neighbourhoods.
I have been a pet lover all my life. Ever since I was young, my mom had told me wonderful stories about Bobby the family dog, and how he shared a unique bond and loving relationship with my sister and brought joy to the family. It was really unfortunate that he passed away due to a car accident before I was born. This inspired me to embark on a journey to try to understand this special bond between humans and animals.
After graduating from University of Waterloo and having explored careers in psychology, fashion and pastry, I have finally found my true passion – taking care of animals. I have since worked in various pet sitting and boarding positions. And I love every moment of it.
I am a proud mommy a two beautiful babies, Bobby the Pembroke Welsh Corgi (whom I named after my sister’s dog I never had the chance to meet) and Moby the Tabby. They have helped me understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. My pets and every pet that I have taken care of are my teachers and have taught me how to become a better pet care professional and a person. That’s why I joined the Flying Duchess team, hoping to share my experience and expertise with other fellow pet lovers. "

." When I was 14 my family brought our rescue dog Simbad home, I knew then that dogs would play an important role in my life. From that point on I was hooked ...and all of the dogs I have taken care of over the years seem to know it.
While in the corporate world I worked at the Canadian Cancer Society for many years and enjoyed it. However, when I retired my natural inclination was to go back to my first true love...
My clients include dogs that I've cared for since they were puppies, dogs in their senior years, new puppies, dogs with separation and anxiety issues and breeds right across the spectrum..."

"I am pleased to bring years of dog care experience to The Flying Duchess Pet Sitters.
If it's daily, weekly or monthly walks, sitting for a few hours during the day or evening, in-house sitting in your dog's environment while you are on vacation or away on a business trip or just a drop-in to check on your "baby" I am happy to be at your and your pet's - service. "

Hey, I'm Alexa!
Do you ever remember when you were a kid, running around playing whatever it was you wanted to be when you grew up? For me it was all about animals, from playing veterinarian, to grooming and even running my very own animal shelter.
Currently I'm in school learning to become a veterinarian assistant. I also volunteer at an Animal Hospital once a week. Each time I go in I'm learning more and more about caring for the health and well-being of animals, while also having a ton of fun because I truly feel this is the field I was meant to be in!
I have two little furry friends of my own at home (Handsome & Skunx) to which I adore more than anything. While taking care of your furry friends I can promise I will treat them as if they were my own and guarantee you will be greeted with happy smiles when you arrive home!

My name is Caitlin...
I'm a full time student at the University of Toronto for Egyptology. I've had pets all of my life, from cats and dogs to fish and mice, and I wouldn't know what to do without them.
Currently, I share my home with a Ragamuffin named Kaylee and a Shih Tzu/Maltese named Krista, both rescue animals. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at the local animal shelter, especially with the small animals and cats.
I have been cat sitting independently for family and friends for a few years; however, I am now a proud sitter with the Flying Duchess. I look forward to caring for a number of different animals and expanding my knowledge of animal care.
Cheers,
Caitlin

Hello,
I'm Kelley and I would be happy to look after your pets in the Danforth neighbourhood!
After living in the Vancouver area of British Columbia and growing up in the States, I have now made Toronto my home base.
I have always had a strong connection with pets, and grew up in a house with a mother who helped foster my passion for animals. We had many cats and dogs growing up, and often helped rescue strays and place them in loving homes. My mother is a dog groomer and as a teenager I got
involved in pet-sitting with her encouragement.
I have a strong background in the creative arts as well as diverse spirituality. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and working with all kinds of people (and of course their furry ones!). I feel animals add a positive quality to all of our lives! And I am very excited to be a part of the Flying Duchess team.
Thanks,
Kelley
