Staff
- All applicants undergo a comprehensive interview process which includes criminal background check, driving background check.
- All pet sitters and dog walkers are thoroughly trained to follow our safety and security procedures as well as to provide outstanding service.
- We communicate daily with pet sitters and dog walkers to ensure that your scheduled services are not unexpectedly interrupted
- We strive to maintain consistency for you and your pet by assigning a primary pet care provider to all clients.
Pet Safety
- You know your pet best; therefore , we will not deviate from the care instruction, which you have provided.
- Please inform us of any special needs your pet(s) might have prior to the in-home consultation
- We walk all dogs on a leash, in compliance with local laws in order to ensure their safety.
- Our team is prepared to handle pet emergencies on your behalf
Home Security
- Our staff will respect your privacy at all times
- When pet sitting, we bring in newspapers and mail and alternate lights to make your home appear occupied while you are away.
- We never call attention to the fact that you are out of town or away from home by advertising on our vehicles or clothing.
